I don't know how you mean. Fauci is still heavily implicated. In fact, more so, as according to this story, he was getting real comfy with Mossad (foreign agents = treason). This statement is simply saying that Mossad was busy infiltrating the NIAID/NiH during the author's stint from 1988 - 1991. So, personal anecdote, but, it cannot be refuted, as it is that man's experience.

My point was that it doesn't shift the blame away from Fauci. It only embellishes the existing story with great clarity, and it is drawing in all the sh8tty players in the conspiracy to commit a global genocide.
