If I am understanding this correctly, the lower court's injunction limited the government's access to social media. SCOTUS has now blocked that injunction and will not take the case up until next year. This is not good.
That is my understanding as well. Glad they are taking it up, but not in this way. This will allow for continued government/big tech propaganda well into an election year.
The fact that Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch all dissented gives me a lot of pause on being optimistic about this.
As always, time will tell.
Exactly, why did they not leave the injunction in place until the case is heard. Expect a full ramp up of deplatforming and censorship prior to the election.
the sheep are still asleep on this issue. they need there to be obvious pain before they awaken. that, and the stupid things that will be perpetrated by the potato will make the decision a slam dunk.
Yikes. Will there be a next year? Not for 1,000's in Israel and Gaza. It's strange. Until now time seems to have been fleeting by - plandemic, steal, clotshot, depop - you know what I mean.
But now- time seems to be slowing. I was expecting the ground assault days ago. But Biden it seems has just now OK'd the possible self immolation of Iseael. I just don't see them killing their way out of this. So we're on the eve of destruction...waiting.
Beyond the distractions of this powder keg taking place where thousands may die, all wars are bankers wars and in the 20th and 21st century most so called wars are over resources. Guess what lies offshore of Israel and Gaza? A whole lot of oil and gas reserves. I heard about these reserves almost two decades ago. Guess who is the fly in the ointment? Gaza - especially northern Gaza and the Ashkelon Israeli area. Think there may be a land grab being attempted here under the guise of an Israeli/Palestinian conflict? Same old playbook. DS Israel has been in talks with several countries over a gas pipeline to Europe that involves Turkey, Greece, and Italy.
I do not hold the people, on either side, at fault here. But there are huge players with nefarious intensions at work and these f*cks don't give a damn what the cost is in blood to get what they want. Actually, it would fit their purposes quite well if both sides annihilated each other. It certainly would make the job of accessing and profiting from these resources much easier. The people are just a means to an end.
