This is when SCOTUS shouldn't hear a case after its been ruled by the lower court finding clear probable cause this Administration has abused its powers. With Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch dissenting to this case being heard, it sends chills up my spine. The variable is always Roberts..................
I agree completely. I think it is also safe to say that Kavanaugh and Barrett are far from the Constitutional Conservative Justices we were told they were. If they were, we would have an easy 5 seat majority even without Roberts.
I know what President Andrew Jackson meant by saying,
“You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the eternal God, I will rout you out.”
In my mind and heart I scream this out frequently.
I'm hoping they took it be becuse the ruling was too lenient on the govt. They need to be smacked hard so none of this shit ever happens again. Free speech means free speech.
