This idea that the military only acts according to 'law'.
Constitutionally tested laws or executive orders? Or martial law? Or military provisions in case of emergencies? Or by order of CIC? Against civilian groups as in the past or no? According to the Patriot Act? War declared by congress or 'police action' without? Was the NSA acting according to 'law'. Isn't that war on the people? Is that lawful? is it the people army, a militia, or an unconstitutional by definition, standing army?
The argument is always skewed by reality.
When will the actual rule by constitutional law actually begin btw?
There are both. There are those in the military who will follow orders and violate their oaths, and there are those who will violate their orders to keep their oaths.
The real question is which group is greater.
Trump’s entrance to the military football game where the entire stadium cheered him as if they’d been freed was a very hopeful event.
Even if they’re keeping their oaths, if they look like they’re expending ammo, they are. Powder needs to be kept dry till told to open fire.
It’s obvious who is using ammunition right now.
Check out ElijahStreams.com interview with Derek Johnson this week. Like him or nay, he knows laws and orders, especially Executive Orders that Trump put in place and was invited to go to Florida to meet DJT a few months ago.
