It's easier and cheaper to pay a digital crime syndicate to plant similar material on the judge (or jury members') devices and subsequently blackmail THEM.

You must keep patriotism hidden, or you will be targeted. As far as "the system" is concerned you must be above reproach.

It's a hard balancing act.
