sounds like a Dr. Steven Greer testimony.
lots of those stories from people who encountered [man-made] ufo-type-stuff describe vibrating and what not.
this guy would still be abducted/murdered for seeing “What he wasn’t supposed to see.”
I always thought it was due to heavy demonic presence, myself.

That's my first thought too. I'd expect demonic frequency/ vibration to cause "friction" against our frequency.
