I take a multi vitamin (they're pretty similar between brands). If you're a lady make sure you get one with iron and if you're not make sure you don't get one with iron.
In addition I take 100mcg K2 MK-7, 1400mg fish oil, 500mg turmeric (though I'm not sure what impact this has really), and 420mg Magnesium Glycinate daily.
Then less frequently (about 1-2 times a week) I take 22mg Zinc + 800mg Quercetin and 4000-5000mg Vitamin D. Most people can take those daily when you feel a cold potentially coming on or while sick but long term high dosage of too much Zinc can give you a copper deficiency and too much Vitamin D iirc can give you a kidney stone.
Your Vitamin D dosage should vary with the seasons and how much time you spend outside. Since I work inside I probably should take more like 2000mg daily.
This is all just what I do personally, I am not in healthcare and I rely heavily on the expertise of folks like Dr Zelenko and Dr Robert Malone. I'm sure it could be optimized further but local doctors don't seem capable or interested in doing that.

I do tris.

Want to never get sick? Get your Vitamin D levels up around 70 or a bit higher. Take Quercetin with bromelain, zinc and vitamin C daily. I rarely get sick and when I do it is barely noticeable and gone in a day or so.

IS that the same Doctor who says to take your mRNA shot because it's safe and effective?
No.
This is a family member who told me this over 20 years ago.
