So what does this mean?
I have never seen that many in one place. There most likely be fighters associated with each so a lot of them. Fighters don't show up on the tracker. So, some massive movement of fighters is my bet. Could be just an exercise, but as I said, I never seen that many. And all without a call sign is ??????
It means absolutely nothing. They do this type of training all the time. People plane fag this stuff all the time and don't understand that it's routine.
There is also an e3tf (airborne warning and control system or AWAC)and an r135 (real time on scene intelligence collection.). This is all highly unusual from what I’ve seen watching planes on ads-b for years. These planes along with all the refuelers k35r’s suggests something major going on. And keep in mind that these are only the planes that are transponding, there could be many more (fighters?) in the area that are not. What are all those refuelers refueling? Very concerning!
Go to globe.adsbexchange.com and then press the “u” at the top of the screen to see only military planes. You can zoom into an area. You can tap a plane to see what it is. All the planes on the screen are listed on the right, you can sort the list. You can tap on a plane on the list to see where it is on the screen.
They’re landing, hopefully whatever was going on is over.

They’re landing at Travis AFB and in Las Vegas so Anons there may notice the unusual amount of plane activity.
Great questions. The activity was out over the ocean between San Diego and Long Beach and just a little bit over land so probably hard to see. Airspace has non military now, not sure what it looked like before.
