Not dooming, but don't count on this happening anytime soon. Huge events like this are always dependent on the stage being set first. For instance, Kushner traveling to Saudi Arabia before the Saudi coup.
I don't see any events occuring lately that would set up a Hillary arrest. I don't intend to deflate anyone's hope, but it's always best to rely on realistic expectations.
