Am I right in assuming that if Biden dies(as President) and because Kamala Harris isn't eligible to be President is the House Speaker(MJ) next in line and therefore becomes the next President?

This is what I think. They will Flood the Zone with a thousand knowitall lawyers that will tell you that "Natural Born Citizen" (requirement to be President) is not what it says it is, etc.
A Natural Born Citizen was born on American soil (including foreign military bases and diplomatic buildings) to at least one American citizen. Kamala was born on US soil to non-citizens. She is not a Natural Born Citizen.
But they don't care and they will Flood the Zone with flimflammery.
Trump once talked publicly about how the courts have intentionally misinterpreted citizenship determination. He specifically cited the phrase "and subject to the jurisdiction (of US law)" from the 14th amendment, indicating that this would eliminate the anchor baby path.
Anything related to the 14th Amendment on this topic is wrong prima facie, imo. The 14th Amendment is about slaves, not elections.
Fair enough! But Trump cited it, and anchor babies are a clear abuse of the law.
Both parents should be American.
You'll need a citation to back up that claim.
Unfortunately the Founders do not seem to have written down a definition that is super clear and so of course that means that the vampires are using that to cause confusion.
“...subject to jurisdiction of...”.
Cameltoes parents were subject to jurisdiction of the nations of which they were citizens. Not the USA.
Same as if an ambassador from shithole nation x and his wife spawned and dropped said spawn in DC while he was posted there. The spawn is subject to jurisdiction of the shithole they’re representing.
Yes, agreed.
See this legal reference book used by the founders and framers of our Constitution: Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law, Vol.1 Chapter 19 Section 212, Emer de Vattel, 1758-1797.

§ 212. Citizens and natives.
VERY nice. I had not seen this. I really appreciate you getting this for me and it's now in my quiver for future discussions. Salute!
