Am I right in assuming that if Biden dies(as President) and because Kamala Harris isn't eligible to be President is the House Speaker(MJ) next in line and therefore becomes the next President?

That is exactly what I am saying. Nobody has the power in that case to unseat him. Congress has to initiate impeachment, or he continues to be President. The Constitution is very clear on the process for removing the President in the situation where he is guilty of "high crimes and misdemeanors". That the crime is misrepresenting his eligibility to be President in the first place doesn't change anything.
He is not being removed for the crime of misrepresenting his eligibility, but because he is ineligible. There is a subtle difference between the two.
Adding: It's quite possible that it is not even necessary to remove him but being declared that he was never a president. Iirc There is precedent at lower levels after election fraud was proven in Texas I believe.
This is the area of the constitution that had never been tested and hence anything any one thinks would happen is simply a theory.
I expect Congress would make some laws to formalize the verification of eligibility and how to handle ineligibility after the fact, some time in future love we hit on this event causing a crisis.
