Eh, it would be about the same as covering an active shooter in Chicago when the shooter crosses from the shitty part into the somewhat less shitty part.
Ybor, especially on the weekend is about what you’d expect from the debauchery of the French Quarter during Mardi Gras. It’s surrounded by the ghetto too, but in the mid 90s some rich folks came through and pumped a shit ton of money in parts of it.
There’s also a hub of creepy ass Scientologists there.
