He is limited as to what he can discuss in regard to the plan until things unfold publicly. There is a full year of campaigning to be done so there is plenty of time. He is up by at least 50% of all competitors for the primary so Biden Voters aren't even listening to a word he has to say right now. He has to go through all the court cases before they will listen to anything.
