I could buy into the idea we have Special Operators mingling in with the illegals crossing the southern border. I can’t buy into the idea President Trump would utilize foreign troops on U.S. soil.

There is a very large, around 60,000 strong, clandestine military force embedded all around the world. It’s plausible to me Dr. Hayes is actually referring to elements of that force, not truly foreign forces.
