Does anyone know what the weird, glittery look of Trump's face is from?

They probably put a bronzer with 'shimmer' on him to give him color under the bright lights. Maybe he had no time to do his regular spray tan. Some of these bronzers are matte, but most have a little metallic sheen.

I'm surprised they used that type, but it sure did make his blue-green eyes pop!
