Because he wasnt. He was and still is Commander in chief War time President is converted to CIC. The republic still has yet to have a Presidential election since the 1880s period..
So how did Trump get to be President.
How does this work? What's the mechanism of this? Isn't the law, that only Commander in chief the president?_
Simple. What makes a great movie? Great actors. Who asked Trump to run? Who is helping who here? Do you think the military just sits around thinking of what bad will happen to the country next? Most of your questions and confusion can be fixed by learning more about the military’s role in this. The most sophisticated military on the planet. If your confused, good. So are we about many things. That’s on purpose. We all have jobs to do in this.
My problem with that is it would thoroughly illegal.
Whose laws are you insisting on, the current corrupt government? The military has a duty to uphold. And they are doing just that.
Trump was right, he isn’t the president. No one is. Understand the “Law of War.” Many post it and translate what and to the why. Don’t try to figure everything out. You won’t be able to, and will eventually break. Trust the plan means exactly that….you need to trust in a few things. God before everything of course. The rest will be what it has to be.
How familiar are you with the year 1871?
Read through this from 2 months ago: https://greatawakening.win/p/17r98zcaHa/help-me-anons-the-organic-act-of/c/

From sub-section 15 (A) from the link above:
Notice how point (B) and (C) uses circular reasoning?
EDIT: I was at fault for using the term circular reasoning here. Further investigation led to the understanding that the definitions are specifiers for sub-categorizing entities of the "United States", as in, specifying three instances of where "United States" is represented in terms of collecting federal debt.
Some tremendous albums came out in 1871.
Who's Next, Tapestry, Sly Stone, Zeppelin, The Stones, solo Beatles stuff.
Oh wait you said 1871, never mind
Nice use of sarcasm.
What happened in 1871 politically? What happened with D.C.?
Have you read any of the later speeches that President Ulysses S. Grant held?
That was akshully Quite funny - I Lol.
No I don't see the circular reasoning.
And I think this is massively misunderstood.
Why are there three definitions of the US here.
(15) “United States” means— (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumentality of the United States.
Because the entire section is about debt collection, it's about what means to owe money to the United States.
28 U.S. Code Chapter 176 - FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION PROCEDURE
B covers things owing taxes
A covers things like owing money to Fannie Mae or the Post Office or the FDIC
C. I dunno what C is.
The article from Cornell linked covers definitions used within the "U.S. Code 28 Part VI (PARTICULAR PROCEEDINGS) Chapter 174 (FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION PROCEDURE)".
Federal debt collection, and who is the recipient of the debt collected?
Federal meaning central government, so why would the definition for "United States" in terms of federal debt collection refer to "United States" as a corporation as one of the options in terms of defining what "United States" means in the context of collecting federal debt?
Try to combine the sentences into three different sentences with the given prefix:
How are you able to discern that (B) related to things owing debt? Read the second sentence constructed above combining the prefix and (B).
Those three definitions defined what "United States" is defined as in terms of who the recipient of federally collected debt can be when debt is collected.
(C) means a subsidiary branch of the central government or an organization that works for the central government.
EDIT: In the case of point (A) I will submit to the fact that it can also mean a federal corporation incorporated through congress.
Thus the question becomes, who can incorporate a new corporation? Interesting reading: "Corporate personhood"
