Palestinians are descendent from the Philistines

I have an interesting question on this topic. Almost everything we have accounted for is on base ten. Most likely because we have 10 fingers. Everything except for very very old things like the concepts of hours minutes & seconds which are obviously running on base 6 or base 12. Could that be because the ancient Philistines or other 6 fingers beings are the ones that brought us the concept of time? Could it be? Does that have anything to do with the beast having the number 666?
