How? The majority don't want bans, that's how. Evangelicals think they have a majority. They don't. When polled the people that don't like abortions just want regulations but when push comes to shove they're easily fooled into voting for "womens rights" because outright bans aren't palatable and never were. Nobody wants the whore next door raising 5 kids on their dime. Let the amalekites smite themselves.
Your preaching to the choir buddy. I just don't have any answers on how to fix this. Like I think there is a middle ground for pro life ppl and the pro killing faction (because abortion is murder) mainly in that there are cases in which I'm willing to make exception but only after the mother has tried to be dissuaded from killing her child. For example in a rape situation, I hold no fault for early abortion (like no more than 8 weeks) and put checks in place like if you are able to identify the perpetrator there must be a speedy trial woth DNA evidence that this act was committed. Idk like I said I don't have all the answers but I do think there is some place where ppl get along. But not what we lost last night
"(because abortion is murder)"
Under common law it has never been murder.
Murder is the Unlawful killing of a natural person.
A natural person is a person that was Born naturally rather than being a legally created like a corporation.
The first abortion laws appeared in the 1800s to punish incompetent doctors if the woman died during the procedure. Why would you need those laws if abortion itself was murder to begin with?
Hey I'm no legal expert so I put that in here so mods don't excommunicate from the site
This is just banter. Mods wont care, I was one.
