This is all- I wanted to share. With all the woke BS going on in this nation… I couldn’t be more happy that they’ve organized this and I am so excited to attend.

Just got back from a Veterans appreciation breakfast at an elementary school.
Kids were awesome and so good to see the other Vets get congratulated.

Are they shining the light on how great our veterans are so they can encourage the younger generation to fight in their latest war? We know how they really treat our veterans. I hope pure motivations are involved. If you are a vet, I thank you for your service and sacrifice.
I don’t think that is the motivation… but who knows the inner thoughts. I did serve, but didn’t give as much as many others. I was blessed by the experience and it taught me how to adult.

10-11yo. My son was so proud that I was there. I got teary when we said The Pledge of Allegiance and sang The National Anthem . God Bless this country and may we see her return out of the hands of those who are tearing her down.

Years ago, we considered the military a great opportunity for all our kids. Now we’re worried what is left a a viable opportunity after high school. We’re considering the trades now… military and college both not safe. Well, maybe college if they do the engineering track.
The trades are awesome. Look into Mike Rowe's (the dirty jobs guys ) WORKS scholarship program. They are giving trade school money away.

My daughter's elementary school did something similar years ago. They even managed to somehow get a helicopter brought in and they allowed the kids to get in and have their pictures taken. That was about 20 or so years ago, but man the kids loved it.
