It's a shame he doesn't have an ACLU-type (old school) who will step up to represent him for free to sue the government for his legal costs, lost wages, etc., in this frivolous and draconian overstepping of his rights.

There is the ACLJ (the American Center for Law and Justice), but I don't think they operate in Canada.

Actually, I haven't heard from Jay Sekulow in a while...what happened with him?
