Are they still able to track phones (geotracking) even though the signals were jammed?

Great question. Hadn't thought about it. I'm not a cellular network tech at all, but we know they know who was there. So, if the answer to your question is no, then what I saw wasn't jammers. All I can tell you is I had no signal the entire day.
