Look up Quantum Bundling theory, and specifically Quantum Echos. Why is that important for time travel. Because it’s what Quantam Computers can achieve theoretically not to long ago. And in 5-10 years from now, I’m sure they got it working correctly. I ask this question again as I’ve asked and no one can answer it, which makes my query fit perfect. How did Q gain 6-7 years of future info/Intel, well beyond String and Game Theory capabilities if Looking Glass was in fact off line or stuck up until 2012? How did W get all of the info for the Q-Posts? My personal theory is Quantum Echos.
