Clearly he was an instigator who caused disruption. Out of the public eye, we see them uncuff him so he can go back to work as an undercover police, Antifa or FBI agent.
This is unbelievable and actually is getting a little old as it's sad so many of us have seen so many examples like this 3 years ago. But the good news is it's finally coming out!
