"Operation CHAOS" IS from Get Smart FFS. I think you're putting the cart before the horse here. Get Smart got all it's stuff from actual C_A shit. The show itself was like a "comedy" version of the truth designed to hide it, like so many other sci-fi and comedy shows/movies have been.
