Yes I saw that. And she's not the only "celebrity" that has their houses up for sale. I'm not sure if the % of "stars" selling their homes is out of the norm or not. I higher % of properties up for sale would be a positive indicator.

What I was hinting at was the Streisand Effect.

Streisand effect: phenomenon in which an attempt to censor, hide, or otherwise draw attention away from something only serves to attract more attention to it. The name derives from American singer and actress Barbra Streisand’s lawsuit against a photographer in 2003, which drew attention to the photo (of her house) that she was suing to have taken off the Internet.
