None of it is legal. It all stems from Jew Lieberman and George W. Bush and their PATRIOT ACT which is clearly unconstitutional. Especially since 911 was an inside deal false flag set up by PNAC (Zionism) and promoted fully by the rightwing evangelical movement in America after the fact.
