Q is a DoD recruitment program that sources humans capable of predictive thought analysis. They are, essentially, oracles. It's possible that in the future an ability arise that can send information (not matter) backwards through time to help us avoid catastrophic futures. Remember what we all felt in 2016 and just after 2020?
