Linguistically, it's interesting how much change there has been over the past 7 years.
Trump brought in the entire "Fake news" expression. These days, its a LOT easier and open to talk about Marxists, Neo-Marxists, Cultural Marxists etc. (7 years ago, 'media' was telling us that 'cultural marxism is a conspiracy theory'.
On that note, the cultural marxists were fully aware for the last 7 decades that language is a key battleground. But to a large extent, they have overplayed their hand. Now, as you note, everyone or anyone who disagrees with their agenda or calls them out is 'far right'.

The media were originally pushing the term "fake news", but Trump turned it around on them.
Is that so? Was not aware of that. Well, he certainly did a masterful job.
