The tents look similar to Decon tents, but not sure why they would be such far distances away from each other, and the soldiers are not wearing PPE or Hazmat suits. Also the dummies look like NHI. Very strange!!

I also notice Red Crosses on the tents, indicating Medical/Triage. That, with apparent face masks (one way valves), seems they’re training for MCI-type of events. But again, no other PPE or Hazmat and oxygen tanks.
