How many people are needed to wheel a mannequin on a stretcher a hundred yards?

"Training"... this is a lot of overhead, resources and effort for an exercise. But given our military is consumed by the woke mind virus, I wouldnt expect anything except what is shown in the video.

I am sure they have to practice the standard operating procedures for not misgendering a mannequin.

Good work soldiers. Hopefully you get your scout badges for a successful mannequin gender identity wheelbarrow race.
