Nattokinase has blood thinning properties that helps you not create blood clots. If you are already on blood thinners like Warfarin to prevent blood clots it is advised you don't take Nattokinase. You could end up with a major bleeding problem.

Thank you. I recommend Nattokinase to many people. When I first started taking it, I went off of my baby aspirin regime and I tell people to stop taking their blood thinners if they are going to take Natto or not take Natto if they believe their MDs. Why anyone would take Warfarin (rat poison) is beyond my belief.
