NO, it's 100%, they just never caught the other 10% doing it.
Came to say this. It's 100%. I doubt there is any store that has not been stolen from at least once during any given week in a big demon city.
You are right.
name one grocery store that doesn't have shoplifters
Those that have every single good/service behind lock and key. However, those would probably be the ones that get held up at gunpoint. So, basically, same result, different strategy.
LOL. You are right.
Habit is hard to break.
The city's answer... start a task force to study an obvious problem with a simple solution.
NYC Politics: "Oh boy! More problem I can throw all the tax payer's money towards!"
Oh of course.
Why don’t they start a class action lawsuit against the government
Good idea.
Some of it is going to be because people have run out of money.
Or those who've never had any money to begin with (outside of welfare)...
It's sad it's come to this in U.S.
what are they stealing? produce? raw meats? or produced trash and snacks?
Ipod, electronic, expensive stuffs like saffron.
exactly.
Is it surprising when prices are as high as they are?
People have to eat. Soaring inflation is only going to increase this type of theft.
