Yes indeed, absolutely a must watch. The ancestral whimsy flows deeply in this one, so not only does it give you an idea how horrible and real the human trafficking problem is but before meme culture was even a thing, the movie brought the lolz!
They run announcements in airports now (I don't know how many years they may have been doing it) about human trafficking, and to report things that seem suspicious in that regard. I was at a motel in the summer, and saw a middle aged man with two teenaged? girls, who didn't look like the man checking in to the hotel. They appear to have been backpacking, and I thought it was odd, but I didn't really think it was something to be concerned about, because the girls did not appear to be in distress, but now I wonder if I should have at least tried to talk to them, to see if everything seemed above board.
A traumatized veteran unafraid of violence tracks down missing girls for a living. When a job spins out of control, Joe's nightmares overtake him as a conspiracy is uncovered leading to what could be his death trip or his awakening.
You'll need a particular set of snacks to eat during this film.

That is perhaps the only reason Hollywood even let this series be produced, sadly
The first time I saw this movie I knew immediately shit like that must be for reals or how else would the writers come up with something so sordid.
Don’t ever watch “Megan is Missing” then. I had to turn it off. It’s 1000x more disturbing than “Taken”.
Oh god. Thanks for the heads up. I bet Saw is real too. Those sick fucks
Close, the Hostel movies would be more likely verses the Saw series.
Oh yea that was another sick series. I think after those I had to stop watching these horror movies. They were getting too twisted for my stomach

Taken has been one of my favorite movies since it came out. I always like when the bad guys get their due!
Here's another with Joaquin Phoenix:
You Were Never Really Here

Conspiracy: see Politicians
If anyone ever tells you that Trafficking isn't a real thing or a major issue, tell them to look up the Blue Campaign.
...
And in a moment of clarity I have to wonder if some Q acolyte named it that on purpose.
This series of mainstream flicks exist... Yet goofs still say "it doesn't exist" insert pizzagate...
The way she runs though 🤣🤣🤣
I would really like to see what this is, however there seems to be something wrong with the capcha and I can't get thru!
