You know, when I think about it, Kevin had to retire before January 1, 2024.

In his announcement, he states he has served for 17 years. If he waited until Jan 1, then it would have been 18 years. We can't have that now, can we?

It definitely felt like comms to me. The whole production effort behind saying he is resigning was just weird to me.

He should have just said,

Gaetz held me to my promises. I lied. I was caught. I was ousted. So, I must go.
