Update October 17: Cloudflare disabled broad ECH support for now.

Still sounds good though and I am for anything which protects my privacy.

The issue here is that clients visit these sites with a VPN. So .... ISP blocking is by default useless ....

And even if it were blocked on the DNS level, then with a host-file this is already resolved.
