I'm not familiar with how the machines work. Does running the same ballot through it multiple times make it count multiple times?
No.
if the results don't line up.....like you feed it 100 ballots and get 98 ballots counted, the whole batch is redone. And only after it's ok'ed are the votes counted.
So then does it matter that they processes the same ballots multiple times as the article keeps mentioning?
