Unfortunately that's what's been happening here in SA for the last 30 years...It seems like this Country will have to collapse first in order to build up, You cannot believe how the ANC(governing party) have fucked up EVERYTHING that worked, that took 100's of years to build up and in just 30 short years NOTHING works.....
