Started with supplements, not sure what you're calling "the real thing", but as I don't live in Japan, it's unlikely I'll come across it in the local market.
I have not looked in local asian stores but i think its been mentioned it could be found in some of them.
Will try, then. Works need to be a very trustworthy source tho, lol
