As long as they control the news is why I am hopeless about our country.
I have to disagree about that because younger generations do not watch the traditional news. The battlefield is really the internet and apps like tik tok. That is why psy ops is so heavy on tik tok currently. This is because there is a current battle to control the minds of generation Z on there which is why taking control of X was an important first step to slow down the psy ops machine.

You just described my father. Thankfully, I love my Mom a lot more and she's been eyes open to a lot of this for a long time and especially suspicious of everything Covid and medical related since the first Covid genetic therapy got emergency use authorization.
I try to explain to people that intelligent people can fall for the fake news because psy ops works on a deeper level of soothing the ego with comfortable lies. Instead the truth may be uncomfortable but also righteous and full of light.

The dosages vary and we know a good proportion were placebo. Also at this point most people have stopped going for boosters.
The challenge moving forward though is long term concerns like cancers that will shorten life spans. Immune systems being taxed beyond normal along with outside stressors.
