So apparently everything is booming except the people's living standards.

If you are living, how the hell can you be distracted from the economy by an impeachment inquiry. That just shows their desperation and that they think we are stupid.

They have always manipulated the economy... Right now things looking up for the unwashed masses who aren't affected by the inflation as much.

For me and the wife, we locked our rent in for 2 more years after the first year, and have 1 more year. I quit driving, and my wife never drove, we use the bus and it didn't go up, she rides free due to Hospital employer, and I have a Senior pass, ride all you want 33 bucks for 31 days.

So we are only faced with the huge increase in food prices, and heating gas. We are actually coming out ahead for now. I received a 2 dollar raise this year, and my wife received 4.50 raise. However, hyper inflation is coming for us all, and we are lucky that we happen to be a bit insulated.
