Sticky for Anons to share. This is a good view on how the DemoLibs are going after new elected officials not just in school boards but in city and county Councils and boards as well. All in order to keep conservatives out of power and away from tearing down their indoctrination and crap policy making abilities.
If you get elected to a board, record EVERYTHING! And read and research ALL of the policies and codes, including the HR codes! Sticky tab them, especially the loopholes you find, and have an attorney already tagged to help you.
A board’s business manager and their Attorney have nearly All The Power outside of saying yes or no to political, budgetary, and policy decisions. Because EVERYTHING a board or council must approve or deny, goes through their business manager and attorney first and last. So find a way to learn about them, their style, which way they politically lean, and how to work around them until you can find a way to remove them….. if they’re snakes.
Ditto this. They will use anything to blackmail you in order to control you, even make up stuff. So push back, insist on names of people who are spreading lies. Read and know the district policies and then hold them accountable, making them live up to their own standards. Find out who is behind the curtain and focus on that person. Make sure you have parents who are giving you info (don't get cut off from outside information). Be a part of PTA's, local social clubs and be gracious to them, pushing the parents rights and standing against the marxism of schools, etc. Continue to support other board members who are on your side and help new ones. Don't expect teachers or staff to support you because they are at severe risk, but be very kind and supportive of them, if possible.

A year or so ago, some suggested holding the board members accountable to their bonds. Was that a weak link that has since been closed by the cabal?
Great idea to sticky this! These particular local situations are otherwise not news, and need to be. The battle is on all fronts, especially local.
