Lets give some thought to this.

Trump has nothing to fear from any of these lawsuits.

If Presidential Immunity is denied it only serves as a precedent for Biden and Obama and others to be prosecuted in the near future.

How will you deny this Immunity without forcing the SCOTUS justices to do wrong? provide them a cover by getting Clarence to recuse himself.

It also tells us that as we all have come to believe, Clarence is the least compromised justice amongst all.
