You wouldn't expect there to be anything special about this tiny brick building at 1209 North Orange Street in Wilmington, Delaware if you drove past it. However, the building is actually home β at least on paper β to some of the largest companies in the world. Apple, eBay, Walmart, Verizon, American Airlines, and more than 300,000 other business entities register their companies here at the CT Corporation.
While some of these 300,000 businesses may not actually conduct business in Delaware, it's an attractive state for businesses to keep their registrations. The state is so attractive as a business destination that over half of the companies on the Fortune 500 are registered in the state. In fact, Delaware hosts over 1 million business entity registrations, which is more than the tiny state's population of 950,000.
All the credit card companies are registered there because exorbitant interest rates are legal there. In my home state of NC, I believe the maximum rate is still 8%.
They sound like the various investment vehicles and operating components of Rosemont Seneca.... Was the whole of Rosemont Seneca a laundromat for the Xidens?
Zero evidence. Everybody has 20 shell companies.
I'm up to 30 myself. It's a thing.
LolπΈπ
Now do the ENTIRE STATE OF DELAWARE. It's a home to shell companies.

Yet let's take Trump off the ballot.
Should we short any stocks these companies might offer? :)
The only thing with that many shells is the ocean! I don't see the microbiota company running the labs in Ukraine listed.
