That’s when they unleash their thugs to incite Civil War - that is when The Storm is.
Maybe the contingency plan is to finally have a ruling on the 2020 election and President Trump is sworn in to office shortly after the 2024 election.
That scenario would help President Trump’s statement that we will be well on our way to recovery by next Christmas make more sense.

Obama is still creating trouble 8 years after eviction.
I don't think that this next election cycle will be a normal transition of power.
Basically, YES. #DementiaJoe will still be POTUS and the Senate will still be controlled by Chuckles. And since The House is mostly Dems and RINOs, the chaos will not only continue, it will likely increase.
Will there be contingency plans to help us? I really don't know what, if anything, can be done if the White House and Congress do their normal shit.
Remember the budget that the House and Senate passed right before the Republicans took the House last year. It'll be more of the same.
