30 years ago, I would give you a great argument on how you are wrong. today, you are absolutely correct. i find myself thinking, "what would Pat Tillman say about this administration?" then i realize again why you should not join this man's army.
You might have had a great argument 30 years ago, but that would have been only because we didnt know the full truth then. Army has always been a private enforcer for the Bankster families, to help them keep their financial scams going.
https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2008/jun/02/ussport Unfortunately for the Bush administration, Tillman possessed other character traits that were soon to prove an embarrassment. He was an atheist, a liberal and a thinker. He also had an insatiable appetite for knowledge and a good nose for the truth. He quickly realised that the invasion of Iraq was a criminal act based on lies. "This war is so fucking illegal!" he told a friend while in Iraq in 2003.
I feel the exact same way. I did 10 in the Air Force. When my daughters grew old enough I couldn't recommend that they do the same.
I will say though that there may still be time to serve in the Space Force since Trump started them. They weren't around during Obama so they weren't wokified. They appear to have a mission that is actually for the USA (and possibly the world?), so there is stil hope with them.

And not just the Army...
I thought that was what I was saying.
