I bet the Democrats know every line in a bill. they would know if someone tried to slip something in. The "Rank and File" never read it but the DS operatives know exactly what is in it.
The elected reps don't, but I bet their staffers do.

The world over every politician should be required to stand before the electorate and explain in detail and in language the ordinary person can understand every aspect of that is contained in the bill., and the impact it will have on each citizen's life.
