Bigger issue is people are still willingly complying with it.
In this case, the mandates are a pretty big problem. DHS is requiring legal green card applicants to get the jab while letting massive amounts of illegal immigrants.
In the case of legal immigrants, there isn't much room to object to it. "You don't want the jab, then you can't get in the country". This means my wife can't get an immigration visa and me as a US citizen am exiled from my own country for refusing the vaxx for me and my family.

Crazy! It's easy enough to apply for another job, being banned from an entire country for not getting the jab for a green card application after spending 10k and three years really sucks.

They have no credibility, but they still have authority to define DHS policy. All green card applicants are still required to get the jab, without the ability to appeal based on the side effects.
My coworker and his family are from Venezuela, and are wonderful people. They have done everything legally and follow every immigration law to the letter. They have applications in for green cards and they are forced to get every jab and every booster or have their green cards denied and be sent back to Venezuela to starve to death and potentially have their wives and daughters raped and murdered. Meanwhile, people who enter our country illegally are NOT required to be vaccinated at all.
This!! I find it amazing that DHS doesn't have resources to stop ILLEGAL immigrants of the boarder, but they will stop LEGAL immigrants from entering, or deport LEGAL immigrants for not taking the jab? THOSE are the laws they'll enforce?

That's not the really sad part. That's deep state being deep state. What's really sad is after all the information has come out about how bad the jabs are, there are still stupid sheep voluntarily standing in line to get the next shot. There is no hope for them.
For a lot of people, I think they get a fake covid pass and get on with it. The problem is that just emboldens authoritarians to keep going. People might be able to forge their way though covid, what about the next scamdemic?
