So, this person is being called up for a year, and is upset because he thought he was going to college now. He hasn’t come back to respond more about it to the questions being asked about his mobilization. He doesn’t say when he’s supposed to go, where they are sending him or who is sending him (state or federal).
I have already commented probably a number of times here for awhile now that the NG was being sent to the border for a year. And I know that for a fact because my son is there.
My NG son is in Africa.
Thank him for his service for us, please. That must be hard for your family and him to be so far away. When my son was active duty army he was out of country for 4 yrs, and it was hard to not be able to see him or talk to him very often. Same for when my husband was out of country a number of times, especially when the kids were small and when I was pregnant. It’s hard for the service member but also hard on their families. God Bless your son and keep him safe!
