He was first elected to the presidency in 1932 and served as President till mid-1945.
Twenty-Second Amendment was passed in 1951 which limited President to 2 terms. (Total of 10 years)

Remember when Johnson was sworn in as speaker, Scalise announced Johnson as the 45th speaker. Johnson should have been 56th speaker, Kevin McCarthy was the 55th.

Johnson being the 45th speaker seems to indicate we are going back to our original Constitution. The Organic Act was created in 1871 but it did not get voted in until 1876. The Organic Act created the United States Corporation.

Here is my question.
All of the Amendments that were ratified under the Corporation, do they get thrown out as well? They were not passed under our Original Constitution.
We had 15 Amendments under our old Constitution, the 16th Amendment was passed in the year 1909 under the Corporation.
Sixteenth Amendment:
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Seems coincidental that the next Amendment passed under the Corporation establishes the power to collect taxes on income. I say getting rid of the Amendments that were ratified under the Corporate Constitution would be a wise move. If we really wanted to keep any of these Amendments, Congress could re-ratify them.
There were rumors that President Trump wanted to eliminate the income tax, here would be the perfect opportunity.
That also means we can get rid of the 22nd Amendment and we could keep Trump as President for many years to come. Trump has eluded to this.

Have a good day!!!

This is what I think must happen. If the corporation is dead, all of it's laws and rules are too.
The United States is not a corporation. The Organic Act made the District of Columbia a corporation with a measure of home rule. It did not make the whole United States a corporation. Those who originated this idea are not confused, but they want to confuse you, to make the movement look both stupid (that is the only word) and treasonous. The United States is still a going concern. It is still under the original Constitution, as amended. This corporation nonsense is as bad as flat earth.
"The Constitution of the United States" is the bylaws of corporation X (CoUS, 1871-1876 mods). As compared to the Constitution for the united states of America which is the original, un-modified 1788 Republic (CfusA, 1788). All references to "the Constitution" were modified from the second to the first, and the definition of "the United States" in the Federal Statutes is "a corporation".
It appears to have been a gradual process with these key dates/events:
Prior to 1871 - Rewriting of ALL state Constitutions to hide Amendment XIII TONA re-ratified by 6 additional states by 1-30-1824 to get to 75% ratified
1871 Organic Act of 1871
1872 or 1873 Treaty of Washington
1873 Coinage Act of 1873 - took silver away from "The People"
1871-1876 Modification of language to reference Corporate bylaws
1913 Outsourcing of Money and "Tax Collection" to private corps FRB & IRS
1931 Bankruptcy #2 of 'The Republic' (first one was 1861, 70 yrs prior)
1932 Passage of Amendment XX, replacing Republic with Corp gov't officially, with the foreign territory of Washington, D.C. as the seat of gov't (fraudulent 'national' gov't created)
1933 March 6, 1933 National Emergency + March 9, 1933; Collateralization of all sovereign state lands to back international debt owed to bankers; State overlay municipal service corp (MSC) created by Bar Associations and sovereign states forced to "hire" MSC; Incorporation of all counties as subsidiaries of MSC followed. All cities/towns incorporated prior to 9-11-2001 which was Bankruptcy #3. All incorporated counties and cities are domiciled in Washington, D.C.
1933 Confiscation of all gold
1934 Confiscation of all silver [all Constitutional money gone now, not possible to "own" anything because it is bought with "debt dollar"]
