The CIA formed in September 1947, headed by Allen Dulles.
The CIA took ownership of the Gehlen project from Army Intelligence in 1949.
Gehlen Nazis began influencing the CIA under Nazi sympathizer Allen Dulles.
Meanwhile, Martin Bormann is reconstituting a breakaway 4th Reich in Argentina financially supported by the massive Nazi plunder protected by Switzerland in Swiss banks.
Allen Dulles is aware of the Nazis in Argentina and chooses not to investigate.
